FERN Floral Studio Shop Policies

Welcome to FERN Floral Studio! Below are the policies to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders & Payments

  • Placing Orders: All orders must be placed through our website at www.fernfloralstudio.com. For custom event inquiries, please complete our contact form.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and Shopify Payments.
  • Custom Orders: Custom floral designs please complete our contact form.

2. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery Areas: We offer delivery services in Arizona.
  • Delivery Times: Deliveries are made 7 days a week between the delivery bracket you choose when purchasing your flowers.
  • Delivery Attempts: If the recipient of the flowers does not answer the door after the delivery person rings the door bell 3 times or knocks 3 times, the delivery personal will leave the flowers at the door step. 
  • Pickup: Local pickup is not available at this time.
  • Fees: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Daily Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup for a full refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Non-Delivery: If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply for reattempts.
  • Quality Assurance: If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the problem. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

4. Substitutions Policy

  • Due to seasonal and market availability, certain flowers or colors may be substituted. We ensure that all substitutions maintain the overall design, quality, and value of the arrangement.

5. Care Instructions

  • We provide care instructions with all floral arrangements to ensure longevity. FERN Floral Studio is not responsible for issues arising from improper care.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We value your privacy. Personal information collected during the checkout process is used solely to fulfill your order and communicate with you. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent.
